1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
2. The Wallet
JŪMA offers a prepaid wallet that you can load and use with participating elective healthcare providers. Funds loaded into your wallet are non-refundable except where required by law and never expire. JŪMA is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice or services.
3. Provider Relationships
Any care you receive is provided by independent third-party clinicians. JŪMA is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by any participating provider.
4. Fees
Membership fees and load amounts are disclosed at signup. We may change fees with notice. Transaction fees charged to providers do not affect your wallet balance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to defraud, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JŪMA DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JŪMA's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
